Last night my family and I went out for dinner at a restaurant. During the evening, I drank some alcohol and I noticed something interesting: it caused a strong debloating effect. By debloating, I mean the reduction of bloating and water retention, making the stomach look flatter.
In my experience, this worked better than using things like potassium or other typical debloating methods. I see it as a high risk but high reward approach. Of course, it’s not something to abuse, but in that specific moment it gave immediate and visible results.
In my opinion, one of the best things you can do for debloating in that situation is drinking alcohol such as champagne, wine, or even vodka. Beer, on the other hand, is not a good option because it usually increases bloating instead of reducing it.
This is just my personal experience and observation, but the effect was real and noticeable. Btw do i mog in this pictures ?

Cause alcohol acts a diuretic, some body builders actually take a shot before the night of there show so that they can flush extra water out and come in dry.

Now this is horrible method to de bloat TBH
