People constantly talk about the possible cognitive decline from AI use, nobody has actual human research or study's to back the claim, not as far as i have found or seen.
Every single study i have read and found is either some retarded hypothesis with no human research to back the claim, or study's suggesting no notable cognitive decline, the issue with those papers are they're always on old ass women.

Yes E2 has Neuroprotective benefits no doubt, but from what I've read and seen the possible cognitive development fear from AI use is greatly over exaggerated.

If anyone has knowledge or human study's on the topic I'd be interested in hearing more perspective's.

I've begun to trust credible people and their experiences rather than slop studies.
Follow your gut
I've never heard anything about cognitive decline from AIs. Perhaps there may be something to counteract this if it's true. I wouldn't know anything on that part, I'm not very interested in cognitive enhancement or stimulants so I haven't done any research.

Based take
never saw any credible or super specific study about it, imo is mostly fearmongered by people.
Everything that actually works is always fearmogered the most, like (isotret, roids,...) and everything useless becomes super common and loved like mk and copetides.

I don't understand why people claim that.
Using ai for work and business has probably saved me 100s of hours that I can be better spent.

I guess deeprooted old fashion morals contribute to this. Shit if there is a tool I can use that'll save me that much time you would be stupid not to use it jfl
