need some questions answered/some advice
1. I want to make my beard thicker, I can grow a full beard but the hair follicles are a bit too separated so for it to look like an actual beard I need to grow it out for a long time and I look fucking homeless when I do. so does anyone have advice on how I can fix this without bathing in minoxidil
2. ive read the guide for sleep but the only magnesium glycinate available In my pharmacies are magnesium BIglycinate and its 200mg so would that work? or does it have to be glycinate and not biglycinate
3. haircut: ive changed barbers 3 times but they all fuck me up after 4-5 sessions and I want like a hairstyle that will just suit me, does anyone have a guide on how I can find my idea hairstyle without trial error?
4. I want to fix my attention spam. most people have problems with their phones and phone addiction but for me it's the opposite, im addicted to my laptop. literally everything I do is on my laptop cuz I have exams I gotta study for and the thing is I cant focus for more than 10 minutes, after like 10 minutes my brain goes on autopilot and im automatically on looksmax.gg, insta or yt so how can I fix this issue?

That works like magnesium glycinate, but it isn't all that worth-hype to begin with. You likely won't even notice the effects.

Leave the hair on top untouched and only trim the sides with scissors. Do not use a razor.

You'll be fine. Nothing to stress about, normies cry about everything after some bottom 0.01% subhuman kills himself with a comb somehow.
Vyanese has an easy withdrawal.
Desoxyn isn't much either, but stick to vyanese, if you want to be soy-tier safe.

what dosage of vyanese/desoxyn should I use and when should I use them (for ex 5-10 min before studying etc)?

they hit like after 30 mins
but start studying right after taking em,
or you might just keep playing video game with that extra dopamine from meds

Magnesium glycinate and bisglycinate are essentially the same thing just one with 1 glycine molecule and the other with 2.

For hair, if it's already fucked up i'd suggest buzzing your hair and then never touching it again basically no haircut ever after buzzing. It's better than just experimenting with your hair 20 times and looking like a faggot each time and almost everybody looks good with a head full of hair.

Use stimulants (adderall, dexedrine etc) everything else is cope
