need some questions answered/some advice
1. I want to make my beard thicker, I can grow a full beard but the hair follicles are a bit too separated so for it to look like an actual beard I need to grow it out for a long time and I look fucking homeless when I do. so does anyone have advice on how I can fix this without bathing in minoxidil
2. ive read the guide for sleep but the only magnesium glycinate available In my pharmacies are magnesium BIglycinate and its 200mg so would that work? or does it have to be glycinate and not biglycinate
3. haircut: ive changed barbers 3 times but they all fuck me up after 4-5 sessions and I want like a hairstyle that will just suit me, does anyone have a guide on how I can find my idea hairstyle without trial error?
4. I want to fix my attention spam. most people have problems with their phones and phone addiction but for me it's the opposite, im addicted to my laptop. literally everything I do is on my laptop cuz I have exams I gotta study for and the thing is I cant focus for more than 10 minutes, after like 10 minutes my brain goes on autopilot and im automatically on looksmax.gg, insta or yt so how can I fix this issue?
