should i use marpe to expand my upper jaw? my mouth to nose ratio is already like 1.20 and im worried it would make it worse. i have empty spaces at the ends of my smile tho so idk if i should or not. i just dont know if the pros outweigh the cons (better zygos and esr for a 1:1 mouth to nose ratio) im a nigga btw so i got a yam

Whats Ur intermolar and dyu have any overcrowding/sleep apnea/ trouble fitting Ur tongue on Ur palate or narrow smile

i mean i snore and have a narrow smile and when i put my tongue on my palate it kinda seeps out onto my teeth

U can check Ur intermolar by biting on paper and measuring and dyu have a photo of Ur palate it'll be obvs if u need it or not

Ur black so I'm guessing u have a pretty wide palate and mouth already tbh I'm surprised Ur stressin abt it
