How do i get rid of this type of acne im pretty sure its hormonal since it cam eout of no where i tried tretinoin but it keeps on lookin like this or even worse

I honestly feel like you should use accutane, tretinoin is not really gonna be able to fix that.

Depends on the person and on the dose 30mg for 6+ months should work

Take 20mg of isotretinoin could even do 40mg of it.
Tretinoin wont really help with acne its used for mainly Hyper pigmentation and skin texture.

he should do both 20 mg of isotretinoin daily and 0.5 tretinoin or tazarotene 3x-4x times a week.

Tazartene is more potent then tretinoin anyway so the dosages dont make sense also isotretinoin would be the solution for hormonal acne.

the mechanism of isotretinoin is to stop the sebum production, you can absolutely use both one to shut down the sebum production and the other to fight the skin texture and hyper pigmentation while on isotretinoin, i did that method and know several other people who did the same and works perfectly, don't fear monger people into not using both (however please do the tazarotene every 2 days so u don't over irritate ur face)

tazarotene is not way more potent than regular tret, both have around the same strength with taz being a bit more potent, however tazarotene is way better to treat photo aging, but they both will get the job done.

The actual side effects arent that horrible expect the dryness of your whole face so be prepared for that.
