I'm not getting into the individual scientifics of this chemical, I'm a looksmaxxer not a nerd, all you need to know is that it is a corticosteroid that works as an anti-inflammatory, it comes as orals, creams, and injections, we will be talking about the cream, specifically at 1% strength.
Application
Apply this once a day, 3-5 days in a row, if you want quick results you can do a full week, main thing is the downtime... you want to stick to a 1-2 week break after every session week, this is the most optimal way of using this cream with little to no side effects or things going wrong, basically dummy-proof.
Keep this cycle running until you see the results (2-3 months MAX). If you don't see results after this period then it hasn't worked at all... save up for that rhinoplasty.

Thankfully, at least in the UK, 1% Hydrocortisone is available freely, best way to get it is online; Quickest way to get it would be Amazon, it is important you get the 1% strength, anything less than that as a cream is useless, don't bother, it is relatively cheap especially on Amazon, a company called "skincalm" sells it for just under £5.You can buy other options, I'm just putting this here to show you how cheap it actually is, you will never need 3 tubes, 1 tube will last you a VERY long time.

Primarily for the nose, if you notice a bulbous tip or just an oversized nose in general, you can attempt to use this cream as a pre-cursor to rhinoplasty, you may be surprised and come to the realisation that you don't need a rhinoplasty after using this. Nonetheless, whether it works or doesn't, its good to spend a few £ to potentially save you thousands on surgical intervention.
You can use this on your face as well, however you need too be very cautious as it thins your skin barrier with prolonged use, the last thing you want is thin skin for your entire face.
You can put this on whenever in your routine, at the start or at the end, doesn't matter - just avoid putting it on AFTER BB cream if you use that. BB cream is always applied last.

Expected Results
What we are expecting here is decrease in inflammatory deposits around the nasal area, I've managed to find one picture, probably one of the only cases of non-looksmaxxers using this to thin the nose:
For this lady specifically, it seems like it had a small yet noticeable effect in thinning the bulbous area of the nose. For some people here this may be all you need, especially if your nasal structure is already aesthetically ideal. This lady may still need rhinoplasty, but the point is at least she spent practically pennies to increase her aesthetic maybe 0.25 - 0.5 (can't see her full face or find it anywhere else).Application
