Started out sub 100 lbs at like 5’8 spent the first year fumbling around and ruining my gains with a terrible diet, overconsumption of nicotine etc. so I basically got 1/3 of the newbie gains I should’ve gotten if I locked in and now I’m an intermediate so I have to play catch up for several years just to get what I could’ve from the first

not a proffesional at this but i really doubt that this is how it works. do u eat ur protein?

Bodyweight in protein about double in carbs. Helps to mention when I was a newbie I never went to failure or trained intensely and was baked asf during literally every training session
