I’d say MMTN. While you have a decent eye area with full eyebrows and what seems to be an acceptable mandible with outward gonions as well your lips are a very major failo. They look thin and small for your harmony and your philtrum looks slightly too long. The lips also look thin from the side profile and your maxilla looks kind of flat.
